Campaign: Free Shipping for New Registered Users

Period: 1 December 2021 at 00:00 to 31 March 2022 at 24:00 (“Event Period”)

1. This Campaign is applicable for newly registered Users who registers through Flash Express Mobile App, Flash Express official website, Flash Home, and other channels during the Event Period.

2. The first ten collected parcels with a chargeable weight of 5kg and below are entitle for a free delivery charges.

3. The redemption must be made during the Event Period.

4. Free Delivery entitlement is considered as redeemed when the delivery status shows as “Collected”.

5. Any cancellation or weight adjustments that comes after the status have been updated to “Collected” will not restore the entitlement quota.

6. This Campaign is applicable to all types of packaging, regions (within Malaysia), channels and customer types.

7. This Campaign is not applicable for any parcel return.

8. This Campaign is not applicable to Flash Home frachisees.

1. This Campaign is entitled for all customers regardless of predetermined rate arrangements including but not limited to special rates, discounted rates and etc.

2. Flash Express reserves the right to modify or cancel the Campaign and/ or any of the terms and conditions, without any prior notice.

3. In any dispute directly or indirectly arising from the Campaign, the decision of Flash Express is final and binding.
