Terms and Conditions
1.This Campaign is applicable for newly registered Users who registers through Flash Express Mobile App, Flash Express official website, Flash Home Branch System, Flash Shop Branch System and Flash Kit during the Campaign Period.
2.The Promotion is applicable for all deliveries made via Flash Express Mobile App, Flash Express official website, Key Account System, Flash Shop, and Flash Home only.
3.Users will get a 90% discount off from the shipping fee for unlimited parcels and/or documents weighing from 0.51kg to 3kg for each shipment.
4.The discount is applicable for any parcels and/or documents which are pick-up or drop-off at any Flash Express service points from Saturday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (actual operation hours for Flash Express service points may vary) throughout the Event Period.
5.The discount is applicable for shipping fees excluding. COD fees, packaging products and material costs.
6.The discount is not applicable for any shipment returns.

Example:
Once you have fully utilized 10 Free Parcel Delivery Promo, you are eligible for Weekend 90% Off Shipping Fees followed by RM4, RM5 and RM6 Promo.
9. Flash Express reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend any parts of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The user shall be bound to observe and comply with the terms prevailing from time to time.
10 .In any event of dispute directly or indirectly arising from or in relation to The Campaign, the decision of Flash Express is final.
11. Flash Express reserves the right to cancel the Promotion if any violations of the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or any prohibited activity is suspected during the Event Period.
12. By participating in this Promotion, you have understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions herein, the Terms and Policies of Flash Express and other terms and conditions as may be advised by Flash Express to you from time to time. In the event of any conflict between any of the terms and conditions herein with any of the Terms and Policies of Flash Express or such other terms and conditions to be advised by Flash Express to you from time to time, the order of priority shall be decided by Flash Express at its sole and absolute discretion.
